Frequently Asked Questions

What CSV format does it accept?

The Wash Report is built specifically for SLI Access Control exports. The standard audit CSV with columns No, ID/Event, Date, Time, and Type uploads without any modification.

What happens if I upload the same report twice?

Nothing breaks. The system identifies duplicate entries using a unique key on each row and silently skips them. You'll see a count of how many were new and how many were skipped.

How many users can be on one account?

Unlimited. Any number of staff at your dealership can create accounts under the same dealership name. Everyone shares the same dashboard and entry history.

How long is my data stored?

Your entry history is stored indefinitely for as long as your account is active. There are no rolling windows or data expiration limits.

What does "Recognized ID Management" mean?

Your SLI system may log entries for IDs or access points that don't belong to your department structure (e.g. vendor access, unregistered badges). Recognized ID Management lets you define which IDs are valid for your dealership. Anything outside that list gets flagged for review.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Contact us to cancel and your account will be deactivated at the end of your current annual period.

Why does activation take 1–3 business days?

We manually review each new dealership account before activation. This lets us configure your recognized ID list correctly and make sure your dashboard is set up the way your team needs it.

What export formats are available?

You can export filtered reports as PDF (with your branded header), Excel (XLSX), ODS (LibreOffice), or plain CSV. Exports respect your active filters: date range, department, or both.
